Bantam A, U15, 2018-2019 (Peterborough Girls Hockey Association)

The Bantam A's rolled into the New Year with a big win. With the emphasis on team play in the pre-game speech. The girls rolled onto the ice with confidence. The Bantam A's took control right from the get go. Crisp hard passes, heads up breakouts up through the middle, great puck control in the offensive zone.   

Another great showing and yet another tournament final for the girls!

The Bantam A Ice kats Struggled in the first game losing 4-1 of the West Northumberland Halloween Havoc Tournament. It didn't take the long to get back on the winning track the next game 4-0. The 3rd game was 0-0 and last night won 1-0. The Bantam A Ice Kats have made the finals. Finals to be played at 1:15pm vs Durham West Lightning in Cobourg. Go Ice Kats Go

The Bantam A's are having some success right off the get go, playing with an unbeaten streak of 5 games in a row in league play going 4-0-1. Great start to the first game of league play. The Bantam A's main goal was to keep the flow going from pre season. An away game to start the season was going to be a tough one but the Ice Kats stepped on the ice ready to play. With hard work, great pressure from the forwards and steady defense they proved to be the winning team on the ice beating West Northumberlad 1-0. From the drop of the puck the Bantam A's took control and never looked back.  Goaltending from West Northumberland was our Toughest part of the game. We could not put the puck past there goalie.
