Now That's a Great Recovery Bantam A's
Submitted By Mike Foote on Saturday, September 8, 2018

This afternoon the girls played North Durham in their 2nd game. The girls from the drop of the puck and every shift from that point on was GO. Someone turned the switch on and left it on. The girls had some amazing plays and control but most of all they played as a team. It was great to here the chatter of great play, great shift, awesome pass to each other. It makes it so much easier to coach a team that is unified and so positive.

The team took an outstanding lead at the end of the first 5-0. The girls from that point moved the puck around practicing cycling. The end result was a 9-0 win.

Congratulations girls on a well played game.

Shots 27-0

Thanks Hannah McKenzie great sportsmanship in net.

Olivia Onafrychuk was team MVP - congratulations
