AGM Information
The PGHA 2022 AGM will be held on Monday June 13th in the Kinsmen Board room.  Doors open at 7pm, meeting to begin at 7:15pm.


There are several Board members who do plan on returning to fill their roles and carry on the great work they have accomplished over the last few years; however, we do have some big shoes to fill in several key areas and we need volunteers to step up and help out on the Executive. 

Here are some of the positions that are needing to be filled. Please feel free to reach out and ask any questions you may have about these roles if you do have interest in stepping up to help out. 

Officers - elected at the AGM - NOMINATION FORM
President - 1 year term
1st VP - OWHA Rep - 2 year term
2nd VP - Rep and Coach Development - 1 year term
4th VP - House League - 2 year term
Treasurer - 2 year term
Secretary - 2 year term

Directors - appointed annually, they will be appointed at the first Executive meeting following the AGM

LLFHL Liaison (to be named OWHL Southern Rep)

Referee-In-Chief
Head Trainer
Tournament Director (to be names Special Events Director)

Convenors - appointed by the Executive on a yearly basis
Equipment Convenor

We appreciate any interest, and we would love to welcome new people to the board, while maintaining continuity and the vision we have worked towards fulfilling over the last few years.

 

Nominations can be submitted by completing the NOMINATION FORM.  Nominee’s must be in attendance of the AGM to accept the nomination.
