REP Tryout Information - 2024-2025 Season
Tryout Passport Registration is NOW OPEN and will close on April 15th, 2024. You MUST purchase a tryout passport through RAMP. Payment must be received by that date.
- Purchase a tryout passport through RAMP
- $45.00 for U9 Tryout Passport
- $90.00 for all other divisions
- Payment must be made through RAMP or by e-transfer to [email protected] - no cash will be accepted at the arena
- No refunds will be issued for Tryout passports
Permission to Tryout (PTT)
- If you played for another centre in 2023-2024, you MUST email a completed PERMISSION TO TRYOUT (PTT) form to [email protected] prior to your first tryout. PTT forms can be obtained from your home centre.
- Any current PGHA player requesting a PTT can submit a request by completing the PERMISSION TO TRYOUT form. **Please allow 72hrs for your request to be processed**
Those with a PERMISSION TO TRYOUT form must purchase a tryout passport and make payment by the deadline as well. NO cash or sign-ups will be permitted on site.
Players from other centres without a Permission to Tryout Form WILL NOT be permitted on the ice.
PLEASE NOTE – New this season!
To be considered for a Rep team, all Rep players are expected to challenge themselves and to play at the highest level they can. Therefore, each player must tryout at a minimum of 2 levels above where they played last season. Moving up an age division shall be considered one level for the purposes of this policy.
For Example:
I. Minor aged players that are remaining at the same division must start tryouts at minimum two levels above their current level. For example:
a. U13BB player start at U13AA
b. U18B player start at U18A
II. Major aged players that are moving up a division must start tryouts, at a minimum, two levels (one being age) above where they played the previous season. For example:
a. U13BB player start at U15A
III. "AA” players must start tryouts at "AA”
Any player may choose to begin tryouts at the AA level.
