IMPORTANT INFORMATION The PGHA is moving to a new Digital Health Screen called SportsHeadz created specifically for the users of MbSportsWeb websites. This service will be used exclusively for health screening starting Oct 10th.
Managers and COVID leads are working hard to get all teams set up within the system but we need your help as well. When you are notified that you have been added to a team please create an account for yourself. There have been some minor errors with some users so it’s important that we get these sorted out as quickly as possible. If you have not received an email notification please reach out to your team manager.
Some common concerns are
- Not getting a verification code – try checking your junk folder these codes are often sent there
- Error Message – you are likely on an android phone in the chrome browser, try from a desktop
- One email per family – at this time they are working on having different names attached to the same email address. For now, work with your manager/COVID lead to complete the screening.
