Return to Play update
Submitted By Stacey Moore on Wednesday, August 5, 2020
Hello Ice Kat Families.

We want to reassure you that The PGHA Executive is working diligently on a Return to Hockey plan based on direction from the government, public health authorities, OWHA and Hockey Canada.

As the first step in returning to play, the OWHA mandated a COVID-19 Response Plan be submitted from each association. Upon submission and approval, the OWHA will provide proof of insurance. We are waiting a response from our submission to get the girls back on the ice in skills based programming as a start.

In the coming weeks we hope to provide a more in-depth plan regarding all aspects of the hockey season regardless of age division or level of play. We are hopeful that our players will be on the ice soon with a graduated return to play plan.

Please continue to check the PGHA website for updates as they become available and be sure to register your daughter through our registration link so we can have a handle on numbers.

Thanks so much,
Stacey Moore
President PGHA
