It
is now time to begin to commit to ice times and the plan:
Weekday practices – arrive 45 minutes prior
to the start time wearing any type of warm up clothes (running shoes a must –
would leave them in the bag).
Weekend practices – arrive 60 minutes prior
to the start time wearing any type of warm up clothes (running shoes a must –
would leave them in the bag).
All games – arrive 60 minutes prior to
game wearing black yoga pants, team t-shirts, team coat (as the temperatures fall) and running shoes are a
must.
