The Peterborough Girls Hockey Association is extremely grateful for the $10,000 donation received from the Peterborough Minor Hockey Council.
As many of you know, our Peterborough Petes had a phenomenal run last year.
As a result of this amazing community, the 50/50 proceeds were astonishing. PMHC decided to spread the wealth and made sizeable donations to all our local minor hockey associations.
It just goes to show you that people may move associations from time to time, we may be rivals on the ice, but hockey in Peterborough is a family. We are very honoured to be part of that family.
