Bronze Medal in Montreal
Submitted By Tracy Bamber on Sunday, December 1, 2019
The Century 21 Bantam B Ice Kats won bronze in Montreal!  After round robin, the team had a win, a tie and a loss.  This allowed the girls to be the home team in the bronze medal game.  The team worked hard and won the game with a score of 3-1.  Over the weekend, we had fantastic goal tending, amazing defence and terrific offence.  The girls made Peterborough proud in their efforts and results in the skills competition, coming second in shooting and second in relay.  Mixed in with the hockey games, the team enjoyed touring Old Montreal, eating poutine and seeing Notre Dame Basilica.  Way to go girls and bench staff.  We are super proud of your efforts!!
