Sunday's Practice
NOTE.....TIME CHANGE FOR MEETING....830 WE ARE ON THE ICE AT 900
Another good high paced practice and scrimmage girls. Tomorrow night will be very similar in structure.
We will be doing 1 v 1, screens/tips and rebounds for goalies, continuous breakout/regroup/3v2 (I would like to see a little better support for the D on the breakouts/regroups and getting the puck to the net)
Please bring both your Ice Kat sweaters again. Teams will be assigned at the rink.
Defense - I would like to meet with you as a group at 830 pm, same location as tonight.
Goalies maybe meeting with Patty as a group as well at 830. Please find her at the arena just prior to this.
Forwards.....you keep going hard to the net!
