Ice Kat to participate in the U16 OWHA U16 High Performance Program

The PGHA is pleased to announce Lauren Bell of the Midget AA team has been invited to attend the OWHA U16 High Performance Program camp July 20-23, 2017 at Nottawasaga.  Lauren was selected after attending the Ottawa identification camp May 2017. 

The OWHA U16 High Performance Program is designed to introduce athletes to the High Performance setting.  80 athletes from across Ontario will come together, participating in practices, skill development, game play as well as fitness testing and seminars educating  players on high performance nutritional, physical and mental skills. 

Congratulations Lauren on this accomplishment.
