Congratulations Cory Vitarelli – Head Coach, U9B (2026–2027)
The Peterborough Girls Hockey Association (PGHA) is pleased to announce and congratulate Cory Vitarelli as the Head Coach of the U9B Ice Kats for the 2026–2027 season.
Cory has been actively involved in developing young athletes in the local hockey community. Most recently, he served as Head Coach of a U7 House League team during the 2025–2026 season, after previously working as an Assistant Coach with U7 House League during the 2024–2025 season. Through these roles, Cory has focused on introducing young players to the fundamentals of hockey while helping them build confidence and a love for the game.
Cory’s coaching philosophy centers on creating a fun, positive, and structured environment where every player feels valued and supported. He emphasizes teamwork, respect, sportsmanship, and consistent skill development, while ensuring players have equal opportunities to learn, grow, and enjoy their hockey experience.
