All PGHA Room bookings must be made and confirmed by Melissa.

✅ How to book:

1. Check the calendar to see if the room appears available. Team Calendar

2. Email your request to [email protected]

   • Include your team name

   • Preferred date and time

   • Purpose of the booking

📩 Important:

• Your booking is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from Melissa.

• Room bookings can be cancelled or re-scheduled by the PGHA Executive at any time.
