TRYOUTS will begin AFTER LABOUR DAY and will run through the same process as usual for player release or

IMPORT POLICY will remain in place for the tryout and selection process.

We are still uncertain about numbers on ice for tryouts etc. but we will be working with the city on this, and Covid protocols remain in place for screening etc.
Tryouts may be different as far as the number of sessions on ice etc. but we are grateful for the opportunity to hold them and to get the girls back on the ice.
PGHA PLAYER COVID 19 REFUND POLICY
Registration Fees are directly related to all operating expenses budgeted for an entire PGHA Season. Should hockey be cancelled or postponed during the upcoming season the Executive will review fixed expenses and determine approreriate refunds. This will not happen until after the season has been considered cancelled or finished. No request will be necessary in this event, we will post the proposed refund amounts, reasoning, and any associated links on the website. You must be in good standing to qualify for a refund.
House League Refund / Withdrawal for other reasons than Covid
If withdrawing prior to the start of hockey there will be a $30 fee to cover registration fees and administrative fees.
Up to Oct 31st...If there is a waitlist in the division and the spot can be filled a refund may be provided based on the amount paid to date less $200 to cover credit card processing, registration system fees, administrative costs, player insurance, jersey/socks, and ice times in October. If there is not a player on the waitlist a refund will not be issued.
After November 1st, any requests for a refund must be due to extenuating circumstances and approved by the PGHA executive.
