Refunds
Hello to all of our Ice Kat Families,
We are happy to share information about the refunds which will be issued for the parts of the season that were missed as a result of lockdowns and closures.
We know this was a very different season and we appreciate everyone for their patience and understanding as we all worked through things with fees, budgets, keeping the kids on the ice and making sure it was an enjoyable season for all.
After a very thorough examination of the numbers, refunds will be issued as follows. These numbers are based on the number of players in the divisions, the cost of the ice as well as the refs, timekeepers, insurance and other fees affiliated with running the program. Please keep in mind there were different fees for the HL and Rep divisions, hence the difference in refund amounts.
Players who played in the Recreational Division (HL) will be issued a refund of $115.
Players who played in the Competitive Division (Rep) will be issued a refund of $260.
Our treasurer will be working over the next few weeks to get the refunds issued to families via etransfer and hopes to have them all completed by months end.
