TICKETS
Each player will receive one complimentary ticket to the banquet. The PGHA will also cover the cost of 4 bench staff. Each team will be allotted a maximum of 21 tickets complimentary.
One parent is permitted to attend with each player at an additional cost of $20.00 and $22.50 (see above) per ticket. We are asking that each team manager solicit their team for attendance.
RAFFLE
Each team is being asked to contribute something to raffle at the banquet. This could include at basket, gift card or something donated from a local business. The minimum value of each teams' donated item should be $150.00. Some teams may choose to cover this out of their team budget, while others may collect $10.00 from each player. You can also solicit local businesses to see if any might be willing to donate an item. Raffle items are not due until April 4th. We will send another email out with details on collecting the raffle items.
All tickets MUST be purchased ahead of time and will not be available at the door.
