Coaching Evaluations
Submitted By Melissa Murray on Monday, December 16, 2019
Coaching Evaluations are now available.  Each players family will receive a team code to enter into the evaluation in place of your name.  If you have not received a code please check with your team manager. The evaluation will be live until Jan 6, 2020.

The PGHA strives to maintain the highest standards possible in the selection of all our coaches. Each Year the PGHA continues asks parents to fill out the Coach Evaluation Form to help us gather information related to our coaching staff.

This information is given to the 2
nd VP of Rep and Coach Development to be reviewed with the coach’s selection committee with the PGHA.

The goal of the evaluation is to help each of our coaches improve on any areas that may come from the survey and to recognize their strengths. Please take a moment to fill out the survey as honestly and accurately as possible.

Your input will help to
1) provide feedback, which will encourage our coaches and contribute to their development &
2) assist in the selection process of our coaches in upcoming years.

Thank you for your time and efforts in helping our coaches and organization to continue providing a positive experience for the athletes who play within our organization. Your input is essential to improving the quality of the coaching next year
