Ice Kat to participate in the OWHA U16 High Performance Program

The PGHA is pleased to announce that Ava Flint of the Midget AA team has been invited to attend the OWHA U16 High Performance Program camp July 18-21, 2019 at Nottawasaga. Ava was selected after attending the Toronto identification camp in May 2019.

The OWHA U16 High Performance Program is designed to introduce athletes to the High Performance setting. 80 athletes from across Ontario will come together, participating in practices, skill development, game play as well as fitness testing and seminars educating players on high performance nutritional, physical and mental skills.

Congratulations Ava on this accomplishment!
