2024-2025 PGHA HOUSE LEAGUE STAFF APPLICATION FORM Thank You for your interest in the PGHA Ice Kats House League program. Please complete the following application if you are interested in being staff for the 2024-2025 House League program. Staff includes Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Trainers, Den Mom's and team managers. Applications are now being accepted for U7, U9, U11, U13, U15 & U18 divisions. Application deadline is May 31st, 2024.

If you are interested in volunteering for the House League program, please complete the following application. If you are interested in more than one team or division, please complete a separate application for each team/division you are interested in being considered for.

PGHA COACHING AGREEMENT 2024-2025 SEASON  

I am in agreement that each player, parent, coach and the Executive is an integral part of the Peterborough Ice Kats Association. 

I am in agreement that by not supporting the program and the goals of the Ice Kat Association it could mean my suspension or expulsion from the Ice Kat Association.

I understand and am in agreement that “Player Development” is a priority for the Ice Kat Association. 

I agree to attend all Coaching Meetings and will participate in all development sessions as required by the Association. 

I will do my best to provide all players with the opportunity to grow as positive individuals and encourage players to reach their full possible potential as athletes.

I have read the PGHA Coaching Policy and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined. 

All team staff will be required to provide a current Vulnerable Sector Screen.
