b) To be eligible for League playoffs, a player must be rostered with a League member team by December 31 of the relevant season and have played a minimum of five (5) Lower Lakes Female Hockey League (LLFHL) league games as a rostered player for that team prior to January 20th. Player Playoff Eligibility Request Form to be submitted to the League no later than January 20th by e-mail to
[email protected]. No requests for exemption will be considered after this date.
