Midget B's Fill the Net in the Third Period
After two ties resulting in only one goal scored, the Icekats break loose, scoring 5 goals in the third period of their game against Ennismore on Tuesday night, winning the game by a score of 8-0.
The victory extends the Icekats unbeaten streak to 4 games, and only one loss in their past 14 games.
Last Friday the Icekats skated to a 0-0 draw with Lindsay as Hallie Rivet notched the shutout.
On Sunday they tied the Cold Creek Comets 1-1. Scoring the goal was Addie Bethune, assisted by Elizabeth Semlitch and Bryanna Foster.
In the game against Ennismore, the scorers were Addie Bethune, River Trapper, Elizabeth Semlitch, Julia Ludgate, and two each from Caroline Pind and Jenna DeNoble. Adding assists were Emma Sloan, Elizabeth Semlitch, Julia Ludgate, Hallie Rivet, Bryanna Foster, Hannah Konyer, Jo Lynn Stonefish, and two by Kate Watson.
Hallie Rivet was solid in net, picking up her fifth shutout of the season.
The Icekats are a very rounded team this year as now every skater on the team has scored at least one goal.
